1. How do I contact you?

2. What is your query response time?

We value your time hence response within the same working day for your contact through emails or contact form. However sometimes it takes the next business day to reply. Never the less we are eager to answer any question you have as quickly as possible.

3. How much will my website cost?

As there are a number of details and requirements to consider, pricing may vary for different projects. Rest assured our prices are very affordable. You can view our services page for price details. However we recommend that you fill up our contact form so that we may send you a precise quote for your website.


4. When do you start on my project?

We believe on timely delivery of our projects. We will schedule your project as soon as we get the details of requirements through our quote request form and confirmation with 50% deposit. Please keep in mind that we book our projects 2-3 weeks in advance.


5. How long to finish my project/website?

Our usual completion time for any project or website is 4-6 weeks. However we will keep you informed of any complexities and will rely on your feedback to complete your project on the time frame provided. 50% deposit will be required at the start of project and the dues upon completion before files are transferred to your account!


6. How do I pay you?

You can make payment through Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discoverand JSB via 2CO). You can also pay us through personal or business checks.


7. What designing process do you follow?

We have well defined designing process for all projects. From initial information collection to development and finally the creation of a unique website, we will keep you informed through every step. We also maintain websites even after delivery.


8. Can I view my project?

Sure you can. You can keep track of the process by logging in to our website to your very own personal account. You can view and give feedback for further improvement if desired.


9. Is my website compatible for different web browsers?

Without a doubt, your website will be tested in the most up-to-date versions of popular browsers. Our websites are developed for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari.


10. Do you offer any guarantee?

We offer 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. If you are not happy with our work, we will refund your payment minus processing fee.
